Overall, most undergraduate people rate both books and online materials as ‘very good’. in contrast, ‘not good’ was rated by the majority of people who graduate university in academic books and online research materials.
About physical books, three-quarters of undergraduates are pleased while 28% of people has a poor experience with printed books. However, half of postgraduate people have negative experience with the range of books. 22% of postgraduate rate physical books in their school library ‘very good’, and academic books were pleased by nearly a third of postgraduates.
Regarding non-print materials, a large group of undergraduate people(68%) have excellent reviews with online books, and one-quarter people have a neutral point with online reading. Meanwhile, more than 10% of people do not like this type of book. nevertheless, the opposite of this trend was rated by 62% of postgraduate people. whereas 34% of graduate student satisfy with online reading.
