The pie charts illustrate the outcomes of a questionnaire in which undergraduates and postgraduates were asked about the range of books and non-printed materials in their school library.
Overall, it can be seen that most of undergraduate students had positive experiences with their school’s library while postgraduates were dissatisfied with their school’s educational resources.
Commencing with the range of paper books, there was 35% of satisfaction of undergraduates and 37% of whom reports “very good” review. Meanwhile, only more than one-fourth postgraduates voting for “not good” option. By contrast, a half of undergraduates were unpleasant, just 28% of them being satisfied and 22% of undergraduate students selecting “very good”
Regarding to non-printed materials, undergraduates still reported optimistic feedback with 68% of students choosing “very good” selection and 20% of satisfaction. While there was a mere 12% of negative experiences. However, a major proportion of dissatisfaction was recorded at postgraduates, at 62%.The figures for “very good” choice and being pleased just got 12% and 22% respectively
