The pie charts display the evaluations of both undergraduates and postgraduates about the variety of books’ titles and the handwriting materials in their school library.
Overall, it is clear that the post-graduate students were not satisfied with both the range of books and non-print materials, while the undergraduates seemed happy with these facilities.
Regarding the range of books, there were half of postgraduates thought that the library did not have a wide list of books. Only 22% of postgraduates felt the number of books, while the data of undergraduates, who were satisfied and marked very good and satisfaction selection, were 37% and 35%, respectively.
Turning to the non-printed materials, the percentage of undergraduates evaluated very good was 68%, which was nearly 7 times the figure for not good at 12%. Meanwhile, most postgraduates answered not good when they were surveyed, at 62%, the highest percentage of negative reviews, and sole 16% of people in this group chose the very good option.
