These two pie charts illustrate the distribution of engagement in free-time activities among male and female students, expressed as percentages. Broadly, it can be seen that the majority of boys have an interest in playing computer games, while the greater part of girls have a strong interest in dancing.
First of all, the most popular leisure activity of male students is playing electronic games at 34%. Basketball is ranked second at 26%, which is more than soccer (17%) only 9%. Skateboarding and listening to music are in the close range, approximately 11% and 10%, respectively. However, the lowest amount of activity participation of boys is reading, accounting for 2%.
On the other hand, the leisure activity that receives the highest amount of interest in female students is dancing, accounting for 27%, followed by reading at 21%. Computer games and netball get the similar scale, ranked in third and fourth place approximately 16% and 15%, respectively. In addition, girls spend their free time in gymnastics and listening to music in the bottom place, around 10%.
