The blueprint illustrates a college café prior to the redesign and how it looks today.
Overall, the college went through a lot of significant changes, starting with the serving area and ending with staff dining rooms. Moreover, the new facilities have been added such as barbecue place, salad bar, and outdoor seatings. In addition, some facilities were not only expanded but also renamed and transformed with a new concept.
The kitchen room was not replaced although, the nearby serving area which provided all food and drink was replaced into the hot meals place. The following room called staff dining rooms, were rebuilt into the two different rooms such as take away food and coffee bar. Therefore, the bin room turned into the larger space and renamed as a recycle bin which changed its function to recycle wastes. Regarding the tables and chairs in the center of the café, they remained unchanged.
However, there were some new facilities. In the west of the café was built salad bar, also at the bottom of the café barbecue room was added. One of the most significant changes was made outside the café, where a new opened outdoor seatings were added. The toilet room stayed unchanged.
