The diagram depicts the transformation of a college cafe before and after its redevelopment.
Overall, the area underwent substantial transformation, with the most noticeable changes involving outdoor seating. While several new facilities were introduced and existing structures were redeveloped, some features remained largely untouched.
Turning to the northern section, before redevelopment, kitchen was located adjacent to the serving area where all food and drinks are sold. After transformation, the serving area has been replaced by hot meals. Furthermore, in the center of the layout, considerable reconstruction took place. Before redesign, there were staff dining rooms in the main area, with a bin and toilets in the east section. However, the staff dining area was demolished and bin was converted into recycling bins, while toilets continued to occupy the same location. Additionally, a salad bar is added in the western side.
Regarding the southern side, further modifications have occurred. An outdoor seating area has been introduced, with a barbecue area and five additional seats.
