These maps illustrate the layout of a college cafe before its redesign and its current interior.
Overall the cafe has been significantly modernized. The changes occurred both outdoor and indoor particularly in serving area staff dining room . In addition they introduced salad bar, barbeque zone and seating areas outside the cafe.
Before the renovation, the kitchen occupied the upper-left corner, whereas the serving area for food and drinks was located just nearby. The center of the cafe included chairs and tables for clients, and there were two staff dining room in the upper-right corner. The entrance located on the right side with the toilet located in the bottom-right corner. A small bin occupying the smallest area at the exit.
After the redesign, the kitchen has remained in the same location. Although hot meals section has replaced the serving area. The previous staff dining rooms have been converted into 2 separate rooms: take away food and coffee bar with separate doors for each. The central area has remained unchanged, but appears a salad bar on the left-hand side. The college cafe has become more sustainable by implementing recycling bins. The toilets and the main entrance have remained intact. While additional entrance and exit have been added to approach outdoor seating areas with barbeque facilities in the bottom left corner.
