The two maps illustrate changes at museum between 1957 and 2007. Generally speaking, museum had became multi-functional over the period and almost all trees were cut down to build some constructions.
In 1957, there were many trees in the museum. In that time main building consisted of three rooms: national history exhibition, local history room and museum store-room. There was no parking facilities in 1957, so visitors should walked along the path which was leading to entrance hall. At the corner of the museum there was a garden and the museum was environmentally friendly in 1957. There were row of small trees along the main road.
In 2007, the museum was attractive, but not environmentally friendly, only three tree left at the museum area. The garden and its location didn’t change over the period. Car park constructed and people could drive a car to inside museum area in 2007. The main building was expanded, national history exhibition room changed into special exhibitions and education center. Over the period of time museum store-room turned into cafe and local history room was expanded. For visitors new facilities were added to the museum, such as museum shop and reception in 2007
