The given maps illustrate the plan of the ground floor from the 1958 to the present day.
Overall, the ground floor was undergone major transformations, with the new unrecognisable buildings and addition of new facilities. It is also worth mentioning that some offices reminded same over the changes on the ground floor.
In 1958-1984, the floor was divided into several small rooms. On the left side, there were three main offices the meeting room, the assistant’s office, and the secretary’s office with toilet situated in the bottom left corner. On the right, a kitchen was located at the top, followed by a manager’s office and a reception area near the entrance.
By the 1985-2000 period, the building was converted into an apartment. The previous offices on the left were merged into a large living room, while the toilet was expanded into a bathroom and shower. On the right side, the kitchen was retained, but the manager’s office and reception area were replaced by two separate bedrooms.
From 2001 to the present, the floor was a flower shop.The living room and bathroom were replaced by a large “flower” display zone, with the area for gift cards at the top left and a play area at the bottom left. While, the kitchen remained in its original position, Bedroom 1 was converted into an office, and Bedroom 2 was removed to create additional space for flower displays in the bottomright corner of the shop.
