Between 1958 and 1984, the first level of a building functioned as an office. From the entrance, there were a restroom on the left and a recception arena on the right. Behind the recception arena was manager office, which was opposite of two others offices for assistant and secretary. The end of the ground floor was a meeting room and a kitchien. For the layout in the period 1985-2000, except for the kitchen which remained unchanged, the other parts were demolished. Specifically, the manager’s office and the recception arean were placed with two bed room, while a living room is put in the far left of the room. The old restroom was expanded to become a bathroom and shower.
From 2001 until now, the ground floor was redesigned to use as a flower store. The kitchen was still stayed, and there was a office room being in front of it. The previously living room and the bathroom were narrowed to become a gift cards room and a play area, respectively. The space between them as well as the area on the right of the entrance were employed to show flowers.
