The plan illustrates how the ground floor of a particular building has transformed throughout the surveyed years: between 1958 and 1984, 1985-2000, and from 2001 to present day.
Overall, the ground floor of this building has undergone significant modifications with different types of accommodations, such as an office, an apartment, and a flower shop. Despite internal transformations, kitchen and entrance have been preserved their positions.
Looking at the first layout, a manager office occupied the largest space in this section, it was also located between a kitchen at the top and a reception area at the bottom of the office. There was a small toilet, located in the opposite side of the reception area, while a secretary and an assistant office situated vice versa with the manager office. Meeting room was opened close to these two blocks.
Regarding to the ideal apartment, the manager office and the reception area were demolished, allowing for the development of the two bedrooms. There were a spacious bathroom and shower on the left-hand side with a short distance compared to a living room, located to the south of the apartment. Noticeably, the kitchen still remained unchanged its positions over the period.
Turning to the flower shop, it has a clear arrangement because each side has three sections. On the right-hand side, the office is situated between a flower area and the original kitchen. Moving to the opposite side, a recreational area is opened near the entrance. The flower area becomes remarkable in the middle of this side, while a gift card zone is located close to it.
