Turning to the southern section of the centre, there is currently a toilet, a reception desk, and a café arranged from left to right. According to the proposed plan, the café will be relocated and replaced by a fitting room. Another significant change is the redevelopment of the car park, including new road access to make transportation more convenient for visitors.
