To begin with, the most noticeable changes from the present is exclusion of current outdoor courts. These courts will be replaced with spaces namely, a large leisure pool, two dance studios and a sports hall. Not to forget, the future university sports centre will also include a cafe right next to the right changing room and a sports shop on the left changing room
