These pictures illustrate the development of Beechwood Farm from 1950 to the present day. In the maps, a road is located in the upper left corner, while a river runs across from the left to the right. Beechwood Farm is situated to the right of the road and alongside the river.
The track on the farm, which existed in 1950, has now been transformed into a road. Since 1950, there have been three fields in the lower left of the farm designated for fruit trees, soft fruits, and vegetables. A farm shop has been constructed in the fruit trees area, adjacent to the road.
In 1950, the upper part of Beechwood Farm was dedicated to sheep farming. However, sheep have long since disappeared from the area. That section has been repurposed and now includes parking lots, a camping field, and solar panels.
Originally, a barn was located in the lower right corner of the farm in 1950, but it has since been relocated to the end of the road. The original barn structure has been converted into holiday cottages. Additionally, the farmhouse and the chicken area have also been moved since 1950.
