The map illustrates the differences between Beechwood farm in 1950 and how it looks today. Overall, the farm has been modernized by adding newly constructed facilities and improving infrastructure. It is obvious that most of the changes were in the eastern part of the territory.
First, there was a sheep field in the north, which has been demolished and replaced by a camping field, solar panels, and two parking lots, making the farm more comfortable and contemporary for people who want to stay there.
In the western part, the territory for soft fruits and vegetables has remained stable, whereas the field for fruit trees has been improved by constructing a farm shop in its territory. The southern part of the farm was occupied by the barn, farmhouse, and chicken fence. The barn has been knocked down and relocated to the southern corner of the road; it has been replaced by newly developed holiday cottages for customers and tourists. The farmhouse and chicken fence remained stable as in 1950. There was a track through the entire territory, which has been improved to a road.
