The provided graph depicts the manufacturing process of oils and fats, and margarine which can be consumed.
Overall, it can be seen that the process includes several stages from transportation of unprocessed materials and the extraction of oil from them, to the distribution of sellable products.
In the beginning, raw materials such as sunflower, peanut and coconut are transported by the ship and then stored in the silo. The materials that are ready to be used then undergo crushing and milling stages. In order to extract the oil, the materials have to be pressed by an automated machine, and the oil which is the output from the previous stage is refined during the filtering process before going through the next steps.
Subsequently, a streaming stage is needed to produce three kinds of oil, based on their materials, which are sunflower, coconut, and refined oils. The resulting materials which are edible oils and fats, then are packaged with certain labels of products. Finally, the products are distributed to supermarkets or shops by using container trucks and are ready for sale.
