It is clear that in the first pie chart the modern languages (French, German, and Spanish) has the biggest proportion in 1985, while the music appreciation was the lowest percentage at the same year. In the second pie chart, the proportion of IT accounted for the largest share in this year, while the Art showed the smallest share by the same time. Overall, the first pie chart has more various courses rather than second chart.
In 1985, the music appreciation experienced the smallest percentage at 8%, while the cookery and local history have a similar percentage at around 14% and 15%. The proportion of art, modern language, and fitness and dance showed just above music appreciation and local history at 17% for art, 22% for fitness and dance, and 24% for modern language.
By this year, the percentage of students taking various courses started from art at 15%, which it is the smallest share compared to others, followed by modern language, cookery, and fitness and dance at 17%,19%, and 22%, before the IT remained the largest share at around 27% over the same year.
