Overall,the number of females was higher than those of males in three subjects,namely social sciences,health and humanities.Social sciences was the most chosen subject among any other categories,while agriculture was the least common subject with the equal figure for both male and female students.In terms of engineering and science/maths males students surpassed significantly female ones.
Regarding female-dominated categories,social sciences was at the top of list with 4000 females and just over 3000 males.The second most chosen subject dominated by females was health,which had almost the same figure as humanities,including slightly over 2100 females and approximately 900 males.
On the other hand,engineering was the most popular subject among males with around 2100,opposed to 1000 females.Similarly,more than 1900 males chose humanities,surpassing just 1000 females.The least common subject was agriculture,including the same number of both male and female studentsat around 250.
