Overall, it is noticeable that the number of visitors before renovation contributed the smallest figure, which was significantly lower than after renovation, while the percentage of satisfaction survey illustrated fluctuation throughout the period.
In 2015, the percentage of people who were dissatisfied contributed to the dominant share (40%), overshadowing all other categories. Although the percentage of people with no response accounted for the smallest segment at 5%, satisfied contributed second largest share was at exactly 30%. While the percentage of people very satisfied made up 15%, it was considerably higher than very dissatisfied (10%).
By 2020, the number of visitors after renovation made up the considerably highest figure, 3.5 million, significantly higher than before renovation, 2.5 million. The percentage of people who were satisfied constituted the largest share (40%), slightly higher than the very satisfied 35%. The percentage of people with no response and very dissatisfied contributed almost identical figures at 5%, while dissatisfied made up the average figure at around 15%.
In conclusion, although the percentage of people’s satisfaction survey oscillated over the period, the number of visitors renovation increased sharply.
