The table and two pie charts show information about the influx of arrivals who visited the Royal Ontario Museum from 2015 to 2020 and how satisfied they were before and after renovation. It is clear to see that the number of visitors has increased after five years.
More people visited the museum after the renovation in 2020. During the five years the visitors had grown around 1 million.
In 2015, the figure of the pie chart shows the visitors were very satisfied with only around 15%, however, the visitors were dissatisfied around 40% which was the highest percentage.
On the other hand, after the museum has renovated completely in 2020, the visitors were very satisfied and the number has increased significantly from 15% to 35%. Most people were satisfied with around 40% as the highest proportion of the total number. Moreover, people were dissatisfied that this number had declined from 40% to only 15%. It is interesting to note that the number of people who had no response was 5% the same between 2015 and 2020.
