Budget by national government, increased (from £175.5m to £177.8m) in 2018. Moreover, local taxes raised dramatically to £102.3m from £91.2m. Grants also increased by £0.5m compared with 2017. Therefore, the total budget increased to 318.6m in 2018 from 304.7m in 2017.
The percent of distribution of buildings and transportation remained unchanged, (17%) in 2018. However, ratio of technology rose by 6% in 2018. Thus, the salaries of officers and staff decreased from 71% in 2017 to 69% in 2018.
