Overall, the total budget was higher in 2018 because of an increase in all income sources. And the percentage of expenses did not change a lot.

Starting with a table, the amount of money increased from 304.7 to 318.6 million between 2017 and 2018. The biggest difference was in local taxes, it experienced a rise for 11.1 million. The money earned from the national government was the largest in both years with 175.5 and 177.8 millions. The lowest increase was in the last category – other sources (eg grants). It became higher just for 0.5 million.

Turning to the pie charts, the biggest expense was for salaries with a difference for 6% between 2017 and 2018, it underwent a decline from 75% to 69%.
