In 2017, more than 300 million pounds was announced as police budget. From which 175.5m pounds came from National Government, 91.2m pounds from local taxes and rest 38m were from different sources. 75% of the budget money was used for paying salaries, while 17% was used for buildings and transport and rest 8% was invested in technology. On the other hand, a total budget of 318.6m was allocated, from which 177.8m came from national government, 102.3m from local taxes and rest 38.5m were from different sources. 69% of the money was used for paying salaries. Meanwhile, 17% of it was used for buildings and transport whereas, rest 14% of money was spent on technology.
In those two years, money being spent on buildings and transport remained the same, while in 2018 6% less was paid as salary and 6% more was invested on technology.
