Overall, it was clear that there were three types of sources and all of them increased in 2018. It was higher compared to when it was in 2017. It was used in majority proportion for salary of officers and staff.
The resources of budget in Police are National Government, Local Taxes, and Other sources (for example grants). It can be seen that National Government gave the largest amount, while Other Sources were the least. However, all of them rose the budget in the next year and the highest rise was Local taxes. Local taxes added 11.1 million pounsterling in 2018, almost 5 times of National Government’s increase.
The spending in 2017 and 2018 were approximately similar each other, they spent in largest percentage for paying human resources. Nonetheless, the proportion decreased 6% in 2018 and seemed to be added to fund technology. For Building and Transportation were remain at 17%.
