Overall, China is leading the list by the number of people visited Vietnam in 2014. However, Russia is surpassing the latter by average length of stay and finally Australia is exceeding all of them by the average money spent in US dollars.
As mentioned above, China is dominating by about 1.5 million people travelled to Vietnam, after follows Korea with nearly 1 million, Japan with approximately 600.000, and the decreasing tendence continues by the following row: United States of America, Russia, Australia, United Kingdom and Cambodia. Notwithstanding to the pattern regarding to the number of people visited Vietnam in 2014, the list of countries by the average length of stay is leading Russia by 17.8 days, after comes Australia with 12.8 days, China with 12.2 days and the list continues from Japan (11.3) until Cambodia (3.2).
Nevertheless, Australia is non-leading state in the first two categories, but it is primary one at the third category – average money spent by people measured in US dollars. As expected, the countries with the highest expenditures are mostly developed and wealthy western countries, such as UK with around 1380 US dollars, USA with nearly 1240 US dollars and after come Japan (984), Korea (854) and etc. The list closes Cambodia with average spending of 120 dollars.
