Overall, it is clear that the number of tourists from china visiting Vietnam was the highest number in 2014, while the number of Australian visitors visiting Vietnam was the least. However, Australian visitors’s average spending were dominanted in those year.
The number of visitors visiting Vietnam led by China at 1,453,798 people, followed by Korea at 987,635 peoples. Those from Japan and USA accounted similaly (571,000 and 404,875 people, respectively). In contrast, the number of tourists from Russia, Australia, the UK, and Cambodia amounted for small number, at 275,082, 243,897, 214,937, and 187,986 people, respectively.
In average, Russian tourists stay longest in Vietnam about 17.8 days, while those from Cambodia stay shortest around 3.2 days. Interestingly, Australian visitors spent the most compared to others nations at $1893, followed by the USA and the UK at $1238 and $1379, respectively. And the least spending was Cambodia at $120.
