The tables compares the percentage of water use for varied purposes in four different countries which is Egypt, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Canada.
Overall, water used for agriculture has the highest consumption among the objectives in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. While New Zealand having largest industry percentages. Despite 2 other purposes, domestic use has at the lowest purposes among others purposes.
Egypt’s Agriculture accounts for the enormous water usage in Egypt, standing at 82% followed by Saudi Arabia at 64% standing at the second place of highest water usage in this category but being lower than other two countries at 10% and 30% respectively, but it even lower when getting to the domestic use, being at the lowest possible which is 8% in Egypt and 6% in Saudi Arabia.
Turning to New Zealand, the percentages for industry and agriculture are quite similar at 46% and 42% respectively. Domestic use is still considerably lower at 10%. But for Canada there is a whole different pattern, with 70% of water usage in the industry, 20% in domestic use and with the remaining 10% is accounts in agriculture.
