The table shows the main causes of stress CEOs experience in the CEO lifestyle from their and their partners/spouses perceptions. The reasons are represented in percentages and it was accepted to give more than one response.

The main reason from CEOs perspective is demands of work on private life with the percentage of 68 while the perseptions of partners/spouses shows the main reason as Work-related travel with 87%.

From the perception of the CEOs the least affective cause for their stress is their Interpersona relations and Taking work home, with their percentages respectively being 25% and 24%. On the other hand the cause that was least given as response by their spouses/partners is also the same two reasons with their percentages being 21% and 25%.

Looking at the responses overall, it can be seen that even though it is not the highest responses that have been given by two different groups, Time/Deadlines is the reason that has similar percentages on both sides with 52% for CEOs and 60% for their spouses/partners.
