The given table illustrates the trends in inhabitants responds of a survey connected to different aspects of life from 1980 to 2010.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are many more positive ratings than, neither good nor bad and bad ratings, which makes it most dominant section, while the negative ratings is the least popular among the three categories.
In 1980 the positive ratings in education along with environment categories was 82 and 72, but in 2010 it dramatically decreased (75 and 64). Meanwhile in shops and healthcare categories scores significantly jumped in end of period. Transport system and accommodation was slightly increased.
With regard to neutral as well as negative ratings, in education category neutral ratings slightly fall, while bad results was gradually rise. In shops and transport system section both of results in 2010 were markedly lower than in 1980. But in environment along with accommodation section the negative ratings was exactly higher than neutral. Regarding the healthcare sector, both of results were significantly drop.
