By the number of people under 18 California came after Utah with 17%, and by the number of people aged above 60 it was after Florida with 13%. However, the average income of the population of California is the highest by 23.000$ among other states, although the population below poverty line was the highest with 16%.
In Utah, the figures showed that the number of people below 18 was the highest at 28%, while the percentage of people aged over 60 was the lowest at 8%. The number of underprivileged people was the lowest (9%), despite the average income paid per person being considered the least with 17.000$.
