Overall, flat/apartment is the most popular housing with the large figures in the Green Park area and the Southberg area among others. Conversely, semi – detached represents the lowest figures in these two areas.
In the Central area, detached ranks first with the highest figure of 39%, followed by semi – detached and terraced, with 28% and 18%, respectively. Flat/apartment ranks last with 15%.
Conversely, in the Green Park area, flat/apartment makes up the largest proportion of 76%, while terraced, semi – detached, and detached comprise a lower figure, with the former accounting for 14% and the two latter representing only 5%. In the Southberg area, the highest percentage of terraced is 56%, followed by flat/apartment, and detached, with 25% and 14%, respectively, while semi – detached occupies the smallest percentage of only 5%.
