Overall, both undergraduate and postgraduate students were very satisfied with the size of bedrooms and university cafeteria. Meanwhile, only undergraduate students were very satisfied with social facilities.
To begin with, approximately one half (52%) of undergraduates were very satisfied with study facilities in the bedrooms and cafeteria of the university. Additionally, one- third of them were quite satisfied with university cafeteria, whereas 14% of undergraduates had good opinion about study equipment in bedrooms. On the other hand, almost one quarter of undergraduates were not satisfied with study facilities, and 15% of them were also dissatisfied with cafeteria. Looking at social facilities rates, most undergraduates had a positive feedback, which equals to 85%. Coming to rest of them, 14% of them were quite satisfied, while only 1% of them had contradictory respond.
Coming to the postgraduates, three-fourth of them were satisfied with study facilities: 63% very and 12% quite satisfyance, by contrast, one-fourth of them had negative feedback. Looking at feedbacks about university cafeteria, 74% and 21% of them were very and quite satisfied, accordingly, and only 5% were dissatisfied. Finally, unlike undergraduates, most of postgraduates were dissatisfied about social facilities (45%), meanwhile, there were 21% very satisfied ones and 34% quite satisfied postgraduates.
