Asia presents 79.3% of literacy, and between male and female there are a big gap. Men and women are at 85.9% and 72.5%, respectively. The region with the lowest literacy rate is Asia, being 62.5% of the total. The percentages of male and female are characterized by a high leap; the first is at 71.6%, and the second is at 53.9%.
Overall, Europe is the most educated region, and Asia is the least literate ragione due to its poverty.
