The table illustrates the data of manufactured cars in Argentina, Australia, and Thailand in three different years, starting in the year 2003.
Overall, all figures witnessed an upward trend except for Australia. In addition, the production of cars in Thailand was by far the most manufactured over the period shown, followed closely by those of Argentina and Australia respectively.
Turning to the cars’ manufacturing in Argentina as well as Australia, concerning the former, there was a consistent increase from 235,088 cars in 2003 to 466,089 cars in 2009. By contrast, the figure for cars made in Australia declined remarkably from 452,163 cars in 2003 to 245,624 cars in 2009, registering a drop of about 200,000 cars over the 6-year period
When it comes to the production in Thailand, the figure for cars produced rose sharply from 735,852 cars in 2003 to reach a high peak of 1,162,356 cars in three years later, surpassing the figure of Argentina before experiencing a plummet to 999,963 cars in 2009.
