The table illustrates the number of people who visited the Ashdown Museum a year before and a year after its renovation. The pie charts compare satisfaction of visitors at this period.
Overall, the number of visitors had increasing after refurbishment. Also, after refurbishment, the people who was very satisfied had a significant rise, whereas the visitors who was in dissatisfied category dropped. However, visitors with no response remain constant.
A year before refurbishment the museum had 74,000 and after that it saw 92,000 visitors. Result of survey show that, there was a dramatic growth in the number of very satisfied about more than twice as much and it had the most increase. The percentage of people who was satisfied went up from 30% to 40%.
The figure for dissatisfied people saw a substantially decrease from 40% to 15% and it was the most fall. Similarly, there is a dramatic drop in that of very dissatisfied people from 10% to 5%. This category caught only a fifth of visitors after renovation.
