Overall, both of the pie charts has rose signifcantly by satisfaction following the refurbishment, while dissatisfaction has declined considerablely.
According to the table, the museum has attracted more visitors after refurbishment. Visitor numbers have grown by 74,000 to 92,000 in the following year, representing a substantial increase.
The survey also shows an improvement within refurbishment, whereas the year before had 40% visitors who were dissatisfied, and 15% who were very satisfied. After the refurbishment, the proportion of very satisfied visitors doubled up to 35%, as dissatisfied visitors decreased all the way to 15%, and those who were very dissatisfied dropped to 5%. The amount of changes in these numbers show a major improvement to the Ashdown Museum.
