The table displays the quantity of individuals visiting the museum of Ashdown during the years before and after its renewal and the pie chart shows how much visitors were satisfied in two different years by the result of the surveys.
Overall, half of the visitors to the museum weren’t pleased in the former year, it reduced significantly in the later year. And the number of people coming to the museum has increased.
In the prior year, 74,000 people had visited Ashdown. One out of two people were neither dissatisfied or very dissatisfied (40% and 10%respectively). The remaining proportion of the visitors were satisfied with nearly a third. A small minority were really dissatisfied (15%) and other 5% of the visitors weren’t answered at all.
In the subsequent year, the number of the guests rose by 18,000 to 92,000. The percentage of the dissatisfied and very dissatisfied people has dropped from 40% and 10% to 15% and 5% respectively. Accordingly, the responses indicating happiness and gratitude from visiting have increased by 10% and 20% to 40% and 35% in turn.
