Overall, it is clear that young adults had the highest percentages, while those aged 30-49 had the lowest percentages the given year. Noticeable, at the beginning period age groups increased percentages engage in online shopping over the decade.
In 2010, aged 30-49 remained the smallest percentages, at 15%. This was followed by middle aged with 30%. Whereas, youngest aged accounted the largest percentage, at 45%. Last five year, aged 50-64 increased doubly, over 35,young aged and middle-aged rised one in four, stands near 55%-75%.
In 2020, young people were less likely to engage in online shopping ,stayed
85%. The proportion who purchased products via the internet increased stead. Middle-aged a noticiable upword trend can be obsorved, just above 75%. Meanwhile, those aged 50-49 used e-commerce websites at half of percentage.
