In genral, it is apparent that in 75% of categories emolyers increased noticably in reported period in both ganders, while the reverse was true for Manufacturing industry field, where people being less interested in that job.

Focusing on men first, catering field had a contract with 16% in 1986, increased gradually by 6 percentage points in 1996, and levelled out at 22% till 2006. Banking, with 11% in starting year, then doubled to 20% in next decade and climbed to 21% in 2006. Education increased steadily by 1 percantege poin starting with 13% in 1986. Manufacturing industry, on the other hand, decreased to nearly half of their previous contract with men in 2006, starting with 32% in 1986, and declined to minus 10% in 1996.

When it comes to female, catering was the only section to be report the same percantege (26%) throughout. Banking and Education experienced good run during period, both growing by 3 percentage points in each decades. However, manufacturing industry dropped from 18% in 1986 to 12% and 6% in 1996 and 2006 respectively.
