The table shows a comparison of opinion between the male and female members of a city club about the range of activities, club facilities, and opening hours.
Overall, the female members are most satisfied with the opening hours and are unhappy with the range of activities. Meanwhile, the male members show utmost dissatisfaction in the club’s facilities and least satisfied with the opening hours.
As we can see from the table, a total of 70% of the female members are happy with the range of activities in the club and almost one-third of them show dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, 55% and 40% of the male members are very happy and happy with the range of activities respectively, leaving only 5% that are dissatisfied. Interestingly, the percentage of the female and male members who are very satisfied with the club facilities is almost the same with only 1% differences.
Despite the fact that only 37% of men and a very small number of women members show dissatisfaction with the club’s opening hours, 44% of men and almost three-quarters of women are extremely happy with this service.
