Overall, it can be effortlessly observed that although the greatest tourist arrivals were in France and the USA, the percentage of change in Germany was higher than among all countries.
To begin with the first 5 countries, in 2009, the biggest number of tourists was witnessed in France (76 million), and the USA followed this peak by 10 million less. Whereas Spain and the UK had the same number of demands from tourists (55 million), the number of tourists who visited Italy was 11 million low. By 2010, although France had remained at the same, other countries’ visitor numbers had increased average of 2 million. While France had not experienced any changes, other countries were showed a little changes average of 2%.
Moving onto the others, in 2009, while the number of visitors who visited Turkey and China was 32 and 22 million respectively, Germany and Hong Kong visitors count was the same (10 million). Until 2010, whereas the count of visitor had experienced in a growth in Turkey, China and Germany, 1 million decrease was experienced in Hong Kong’s visitor number. Between 2009 and 2010, the proportion of visiting Hong Kong was showed only minus -11%; however, Germany had a biggest change among of all countries (109%). Although China’s change was 55%, it was 22% lower than in Turkey.
