Overall, most of the countries maintain its stability and the number of change does not exceed 50 ha. However, the number countries with the lowest number of forest area is Oceania which slightly decrease from 1990 to 2005 and Europe respectively.
The number of land in countries of Africa, Oceania, and South America has steadily declined. While Asia and Europe were experiencing a number of land increase. North America has also show its composure by maintaining its number from 2000 and 2005
In 1990, Europe is the only country that reached its peak with the value of 989 ha of forest area and fluctuated steadily until it reach 1001 ha in 2005. In contrast, the number of land in Oceania only contains 199 ha in 1990, making it the country with lowest land area and steadily falling back until 2005
