In terms of housing, the UK population spent the highest proportion of about (27%) weekly, compared to health, which significantly spent the least at just 1%, in contrast to the average money spent on transport, recreation, and food by about 14%, 12%, and 11%, respectively. On the other hand, the lowest expenditure was on education and phone calls, which accounted for under 5% of all goods and services. British people spend money on fashion like clothing and footwear, in standard, by about 5%.
