In the Green Park area ( population 31 700), while most residents accommodate in flats( 76%), 14% of those choose to live in terraced-houses and an equal of 5% is registered in semi-detached and detached options. Conversely, the Southberg area, which has the same population as the Green Park area, shows over half the total people here (56%) settling in terraced houses. These figures are fourfold in the number of dwellers living in detached-house( 14%); whereas, the individuals in flats account for one-fourths of the total residents( 25%), which is five times as many as those who prefer semi-detached options.
