Green park are’s population is as high as southberg area’s,at 31,700 each.The proportion of type of housing hasn’t big difference with each other.

Green Park area’s percentage of appartments is more than 3 times as high as the share of Southberg are’s (76%and 25%).But Southberg are choosen by 56% of people for living in terrace than Green Park space in with 14%.
