The three tables illustrate the review of satisfaction levels regarding a new theatre, based on a survey conducted among club members and the general public.
Overall, it is evident that club members were highly satisfied with the facilities provided by the theatre and gave them an excellent rating, in contrast, the general public rated them poorly. However, the general public was highly impressed with the details provided regarding the performances to society.
Primarily, responses for production quality were recorded for both groups. The theatre production quality received an excellent rating from a majority of 70% of club members and 67% of the general group, respectively. Whereas 13% and 15% of both categories evaluated it as poor, the remaining population rated it as satisfactory. The information provided on plays and performances was greatly appreciated by 88% of the general population, and 72% of club members rated it excellent as well. Also, the dissatisfaction level for the same was the lowest.
According to 75% of club members, the facilities provided by the theatre were outstanding, whilst only 55% of the wider society appraised the amenities highly, while 26% of the same category showed dissatisfaction.
