The three tables give information about a survey about a new theatre in which both club members and the general public were asked to rate the levels of their responses as excellent, satisfactory, or poor.
Overall, the majority of respondents expressed a positive rating across three categories as excellent. Notably, club members far more satisfied with the theatre’s facilities while the major proportion of the general public impressed with information provided about the plays and performances.
Regarding the production quality, there were broady similar in both groups, with 70% of club members and 67% of the general public rating it as excellent. Similarly, the same patterns with poor ratings, the two groups gave poor ratings at 13% and 15% respectively. Turning to information about the plays and performances, it is remarkable for the general public to present their satisfaction most at 88% while only 2% considered it poor. The club members, however, rated it excellent at 72%, slightly lower than the former, representing poor ratings higher at 5%.
As for theatre’s facilities, a more pronounced divergence showed between the two groups, with 75% of club members considering it excellent while poor ratings only accounted for 2%. By contrast, the excellent rating of the general public was made up 55%, constituting more than a quarter in the number of the public, and 26% rating it poor, more than ten times compared to the club members when it comes to poor ratings.
