The provided two table graphs depict consequences of a survey of municipal residents’ feelings about six aspects of life: education, shops, the environment, healthcare, the transport system, and accommodation between 1980 and 2010.
In general, there was an upward trend in the ratio of individuals who considered the aspects of shops, healthcare, and education as good; meanwhile, the majority of other public services were assessed as worse in all years.
Turning to the details, it is obvious that throughout the period, the pleasantness ratings for shops, healthcare, transportation, and accommodation underwent a favourable improvement, increasing rapidly from 75, 64, 54, and 56 in 1980 to 81, 83, 67,and 65 in 2010, respectively. Furthermore, in 1980, people’s satisfaction with education (82) and the environment (72), they were the best aspects of life, reaching their zenith among life aspects; though, populations’ ideas about these areas decreased gradually from 82 to 76, and 72 to 64. Another notable trend is that humans’ sentiments of equality, where they assessed all areas as neither good nor bad, witnessed a dip in 2010. Moreover, in 2010, feelings of hatred toward the environment increased enormously from 8 in 1980 to 20 in 2010, followed by education with 11 and accommodation with 18 individuals. In 2010, such individuals’ negative opinions of the retail sector were at 10, and they were also unhappy in the areas of healthcare with merely 7, and the transport system with 11, decreasing minimally.
