The presented process table compares the amount of hours worked by male and female in full-time and part-time jobs in three countries in Europe in 2002.
As an overall trend,the average hours of full-time and part-time jobs done by women nearly the same as men’s work in Netherlands and UK with a difference 0.5 proportion, whereas in Greece and European average it had difference in 1 and 2 hours.
As is presented, in Greece male and female workers for full-time job had distinction about 2.6 hour in number of hours at work, while European average had 1.2 hour, and United Kingdom 0.5 hour difference. However, in Netherlands men and women working hours identical(38.0).
On the other hand, amount of hours for part-time workers did not have equal numbers. In Greece women worked 29.3 while men 30.0 hours difference by 0.7.Although in Netherlands had 0.1 and in UK 1.0 hours less worked female than male, whereas in European average women (34%) worked 2.0 hours more than men(32%) in part-time works.
