The given table illustrates the number of foreign students enrolled in Canada and the USA University based on their country of origin in 2002 and 2003.
Overall, the total number of students had increased in both countries but USA had significantly more students than Canada. It is clear that students from all the country showed the increasing trend expect Indian students’ admission in the USA.
Moving to Canada, the number of student’s admission from China was highest in both year which increased from 5400 in 2002 and 7850 in 2003 and observed highest changed by 45 percent, followed by India inclined by 35 percent (2100 in 2002 and 2835 in 2003). Likewise, there was also slight rose in international students from USA , as it accounted for 5000 in 2002 and 2835 in 2003 , with changed by 9 % .
Moving to USA, Students from China and Canada experienced grew by 6% and 7% respectively. Although the proportion of Indian students declined by 9 percent , it remain on highest number of students in both years ( 200000 in 2002 and 182000 in 2003).
